About the tutor

Sharon is a French tutor with 10 years of experience.

She has worked with children and adults of all ages, helping them learn, practice, and improve their French for various purposes, whether for work, school, or personal enjoyment.

Since starting her tutoring career, Sharon has taught a wide range of students, including professionals who need French for business (such as Sotheby’s employees, makeup artists, and people in the wine industry), as well as individuals learning French for family reasons or those who are retired.

She is currently a teacher at a private club in New York.

As a native French speaker who grew up in Paris and studied at the University of Panthéon-Assas, Sharon’s lessons go beyond language instruction. She also shares insights into French culture, including art, music, literature, film, and food.
